Painless Flexibility™ Basic Class, fall semester at NHHR

Date: Starts on Friday, September 6, 2024 at 5:45 PM.

Location: North Haven Health & Racquet club, 100 Elm Street, North Haven, Connecticut. (Front desk: 203-239-5665)

Subject: The first class is a free, one hour event. It is intended to be an introductory meeting to help students make a decision whether to participate in the one smester-long course of study. There will be a few exercises but this will not be a full exercise class. Wear a comfortable outfit that lets you move freely. Bring a mat if you prefer yours over the ones available at the gym.
